This DVD stands as a visual and audio document of how great a band Heaven And Hell (or Black Sabbath if you prefer) actually were. This DVD is fantastically fimed capturing the band perform a masterclass in metal, don't look for any set filler here, there isn't any. Even tracks from the grossly underrated 'Dehumanizer' album such as 'I' and 'Time Machine' sound spectacular. There is material from the first (and last) Heaven And Hell album, ' The Devil You Know' which sits nicely alongside the classic stuff.
Apparently Ronnie Dio was unwell when this DVD was filmed. If that is true it certainly dosen't show. A tribute to his professionalism and determination. Dio was an iconic and unique performer and watching him here in his last fimed performance really does make you wonder if we will ever see his like again.
The surprisingly frank and honest interviews with the band members are well worth watching as well.
So, Heaven And Hell, goodbye and god bless, thanks for the music and the memories. And here's hoping we see Tony, Geezer and Vinny collaberating again sometime in the future!!
