'Super Troupers' marks the 30th Anniversary of 'Waterloo' winning the Eurovision Song Contest and the 5th anniversary of the opening of 'Mamma Mia!', the hugely successful musical based on ABBA's songs. For the first time since they went their separate ways in 1982, Bjorn, Benny, Anni-Frid and Agnetha were set to appear in public together, attending `Mamma Mia!' in London's West End to celebrate both anniversaries.

Narrated by Pete Waterman, the DVD blends footage of the big day with entertaining early footage of their careers back in the 1960s, in-depth interviews with all four performers, and a rare insight into ABBA's song writing and recording techniques.
