Ginta Toramizu is an underachieving high school boy who dreams every night of a fantasy world where he finally gets a chance to be a hero. His dreams become reality when one day a mysterious gate appears before him, and he is catapulted into the world of Mär-Heaven! Ginta embarks upon a spectacular adventure, gaining companions along the way including a magical talking weapon called an ÄRM. Ginta and his companions must do battle with the Chess Pieces, a faction led by the mysterious Phantom, which is determined to bring about the ultimate demise of Mär-Heaven!

I was pleasantly surprised with this one, when I started watching it I wasnt over convinced, however around half way through this 13 episode set it started getting good. Definitely worth a watch, but give it about 6-7 episodes to get into it.

Even if you're not an anime fan you're sure to love this one!

This is a fantastic anime. It starts off O.K and slowly gets better and better as it continues. I haven't had so much fun watching an anime since Naruto. In the words of the lead character " So Cool" (he says that alot).
This is the sort of anime I have been waiting for, for ages. This is fantasy based and has elements I like, such as characters getting stronger, magical weapoms and nasty villians. Buy it if you love anime
