I was looking for a monitor that I could use for my PC and Xbox 360 and this was the perfect choice for me. My PC is connected to the DVI port and the Xbox connects via the HDMI so I get the best possible picture quality for both systems. The lightning-fast 2ms response time also makes gaming a delight on both systems.
The monitor also has 2 speakers that are fine for basic desktop functions but no good for gaming so don't buy this monitor just for your xbox 360 unless you have an alternate sound setup - a TV would be your best bet.
Overall I'm very happy with this monitor and I recommended it completely.
A wonderful monitor that seemed calibrated and ready to go from the start. So good, that I'll be looking to get a second one soon. And at a good price!
Purchased this as an Upgrade to my 19" wide screen to take advantage of My Geforce 9800Gtx. And im not dissapointed one bit.
I did however like another reviewer commented get a headache after a day of use but this was sorted by tweaking the color and contrast. Crysis, prototype, Wolfenstien and total war all look amazing in 1920x1080. Watching blue-ray movies is also a delight to behold. Setup was easy and the Osd controls are simple to use with 5 different viewing settings. Standard, Game,Movie, Scenery and text which alter brightness and contrast accordingly.
I brought this monitor a few weeks ago and I absolutely love it.. Aside from one fact: it has started giving me quite bad headaches. Now, I don't know if this is just because of how much I use it but if you're prone to frequent headaches I would reccomend you look elsewhere.
Other than that it's got crystal clear quality and the HDMI port is a lovely touch because I can play my 360/PS3 on it when I don't feel like moving to my television.
I agree with the other review written here, the monitor is extremely nice and easily well recommended.
I use it for my PS3 and general PC gaming, and its great. I just wish there were more 1080p games on the PS3 to fully enjoy the quality, the 720p game can look a little, how you say, not so great... but, hey :P thats monitors for you.
