I am also very impressed woth the bag. I have an Acer Aspire 8929g and these have 18.4" screens. The bag fits very well.
Having gotten my hands on an Acer Aspire Gemstone Blue laptop with an 18.4" widescreen, finding a decent sized bag slowly became a mission.
Having a laptop so big meant finding a bag that was capable of holding it, but holding it comfortably! And that is exactly what the Targus XL backpack does.
The laptop fits perfectly inside, with plenty of room for the power supply as well as various peripherals and random stuff you may need with you. There are additional straps within the laptop compartment to ensure it remains safely in place. The inclusion of a rain cover means your laptop is safe even in the pouring rain.
The straps are easily adjustable to fit pretty much anyone, and with plenty of pockets and even a mobile phone holder - that can be removed - you'll not need anything else with you!
All in all, an excellent bag, perfect for those of us with a beast to drag around ;)
I had a briefcase style Targus Bag before but needed something more user friendly. All I can say is that this bag ticks all the boxes. Packed full of features including the raincover and multiple pockets! Very comfortable to wear and durable! Would definately recommend it to anyone looking for a bag for a laptop with a larger screen!
