The hard ware is great but the software leaves a little to be desired as it doesn't come with any .And all play .com want to do is a complete return and exchange . And as its installed I don't realy want to do this.

I bought this in November as a replacement for the second HP DVD rewriter to pack in during the past two years.
It is extremely quiet in operation and far faster than than the old HP.
Well recommended and well worth buying.
