First things first, the company that supplies this product are very efficient and professional, the product itself is Ok at best. It is a good half and inch too big for the iPad2 all the way around and the foam is very thin. So not only does the Ipad slosh around in the cover I doubt it would provide much protection in a fall.
I wanted a nice simple case and this is perfect. Seems well made and does the job.
Not sure what happened with the other review as my iPad seems to be a good fit.
