I bought this in the knowledge that I would receive the 2012 upgrade but Panda refuse to honour this.
Apart from that, it seems to have the features that you need but can be rather too keen to blovk access to very reliable and trustworthy websites, so a lot of tweaking may be needed.
Not for the beginner.
