This is not a very user friendly software. It took repeated installations before it would actually run without freezing or automatically logging out intirely. I had to register with roxio to get a patch to make the software work properly.
It runs very slow and causes the pc to run slow also. And on top of all this it is very temperamental when it comes to converting videos from the web.
It does convert eventually, but prepare yourself for a headache.
