Bought this one for my iMac because I'm tired of using Logitech's cheap Mac keyboard. Keyboard is extremely comfortable to use. The mouse takes some time to get used to -- but after a few hours of using it actually feels better than my old mouse. No problem with the reception. Multimedia buttons include play/pause/volume, but no prev/next track buttons. Like the home/end/page up/page down keys which are arranged like traditional keyboard's 6 keys including the Insert key. Overall I'd recommend this set as the keyboard and mouse both feel very comfortable to use, especially after long hours.
Even though this one is designed for Windows it works well with Mac, just use control panel to swap Alt key and Windows key to make it behave like OSX.
