I was a little skeptical when I bought this router and am happy to say that all my reservations where unfounded. I'm with virgin (formely NTL) and the router was easy to setup with all my devices which include my Wii, Ps3, x3 Nintendo DS, PSP, laptop and desktop.

Overall, Excellent router which I found easy to setup and connect to the internet within 5 minutes of opening the box.

 Does the trick!

Needed to set up my modem [Virgin Media] for my Laptop and my PS3..Had to call the help line but only took 5 mins to get it working but what a great Router..Strong signals and most of all my PS3 is online.
I'm a happy customer and is recommended at a bargain price!

Easy to set up, excellent performance.

I know very little about networking or pcs etc but this was simple to set up and easy to connect to (most wifi pcs, laptops consoles etc will find it automatically). I had to initially set it up on my pc which was fairly straight forward, I now have an Xbox 360, PS3, PSP and laptop all connected to it no problems (I did have a Nintendo Wii connected to it thru the dongle but I sold it)
My PC is no longer connected to it as its in for repairs but everything else all still works fine.
For me netgear is the best!

I'm No PC expert, but this was a doddle

Bought this about a fortnight ago, and have to say that as a cheap wireless solution this is excellent.
Set-up is incredibly easy. like previous reviewer i use virgin media and experienced no problems whatsoever. initial set up took around 20 mins with a further 10 mins to install wireless USB adapter. Had my Wii on line 5 minutes later and my ps2 connected - via wired connection - within another 10 mins. Thats a total 0f 45 mins to connect every piece of kit in the house!

Signal strength is pretty good too. i only live in a small house, but i can connect with 90% strength or above from every room, upstairs and down. Have read other reviews that report the router gets hot while in use, but cant say that i have experienced this.

For just over 40 notes this is a value peice of kit and ideal for anyone with a small to medium wireless home network who doesnt have hours to spend fiddling with settings. nice one

Quick and easy to setup - great bit of kit!

Used with NTL (now Virgin) cable broadband. Ultra simple and user friendly to set up - took less than 5 minutes.

Connecting laptop and Xbox 360 was simpler than originally setting up a wired connection, and my PS3 that wouldn't work online before (as I couldn't alter it's MAC address) was online instantly.

Worked flawlessly so far - nice one Netgear!
