This card rocks was considering the BFG 9500 GT but glad i picked this it'll run "Modern warfare 2" all day and at peak res and detail and "Darkest of days" Great buget card and awesome stand alone upgrade for any system running Vista/Seven. Delivery was swift ordered it late saturday night was in my machine by breakfast monday morning. Also not in the description it supports nVidia 3D Vision. Not tried the HDMI yet but if its anything like the rest of the features im sure i won't be disappointed! Great job Play.com.
First off good service from play.com, I ordered it on wednesday evening, and it was there by saturday.
I ordered this as a replacement to a gforce 8800 GTX that died on me, thinking that this would end up being a cheap replacement, all I could afford and not be anywhere near as good as my old one.
Now, I know the 8800 series have been around for a while, but I was pretty impressed at how good this budget card performed against my old high end card.
The digiatal vibrance and colours are not quite as good - although this may only be because I havnt had time to fully play around with settings yet. In game it performs almost as well, the only difference being it doesnt seem to be able to handle textures quite as well.
For the money, its a pretty good card.
Works perfectly, speeds the pc up no end. However.....while running it has a buzzing sound, which i find annoying. I advise going with a quieter card unless you really need the performance
