Kingston KVR133X64C3/256 Valueram Computer Memory 256MB PC133 SD RAM 32x8 168 Pin Dimm

My dell dimension 4300, old slow and used only by the kids to play games on (well stuggle to play games on anyway) was starting to give in to its newer, more powerful brothers and sisters on the market today, until i decided to revive her a little. First step to see if the old girl would take it or not, was to add one of these Kingston 256mb memory chips here. She took it like a duck to water!!! Fitted in seconds thanks to the push button openning of the case of good ol' betsy! boosted the RAM to a whopping 384mb!! Yes its not a lot, but its the 1st of many upgrdaes i shall be buying from Play.com for this pc and my laptop. Soon she'll be worth at least £50.....!
Seriously though, the value for money, and the fact it is the older slightly less common DDR, is fantastic along with the ease of fitting and lastly, just like the paint, does exactly what it says on the tin - 256mb of RAM!! Given a few more years life to an 'over the hill' p.c.
