I bought 2 of these babies and was looking forward to the new improved performance. The PC is a barebones kit from Novatech. I Can't say that i have noticed a difference in a good way. However, my computer now shuts down without reason during games, reinstalation of xp, etc. I have all the latest drivers and i am running the following system: AMD 64 3800+, Winfast6159K8MD motherboard from Foxconn, 650w psu(upgrade), Bliss 1GB 8600gt+(upgrade), Realtek intergrated HD sound, Emprex 16x DVD RW, 2x Western Digital 20GB 7200rpm HD, 1xExcelstor 30GB. When installing these sticks =2GB i removed the 512mb thinking there were compatability issues, this made no difference. The Bliss card was purchased at the same time. I can't remove the card to test, because of its large size it covers the lever on the MB which enables its removal? The sound and graffix stutters/jitters when the processor is working. I am at the end of my rope, and on the verge of binning the lot. if any one has any idea's it would be greatly appreciated and theraputic.

I got 2 of these for my gaming PC and now loading times are next to non and the frame-rate in game has gone up by 10fps so the image is a lot smoother and no more pauses
I am really pleased with the performance of these sticks and highly recommend them to anyone with a DDR motherboard looking for a boost

I bought 2 sticks of this memory for my 2 yr old HP tower because it was starting to struggle a bit and they worked a treat! Dead easy to fit and auto dectected 1st time without problems. Was just going to buy some more for my other PC but the price has gone up! I paid £17.99 only a couple of days ago. Would have got 5 stars otherwise.

I was really hesitant about ordering, mainly for compatibility. But took the plunge after reading the reviews on here. I have received it today and put it in the spare slot in my computer and hey presto my computer has been given a new lease of life! It was instantly recognised and has really made a huge difference. Will definatley be ordering another one to replace the 512mb I've already got.
Really pleased with the product and would highly recommend.

This PNY ram is great - I have purchased a pair of these PNY ram from Play.com in the past and have had no compatability probs with using them within my pc. I received them from Play very quickly and packed well as usual. The only thing stopping me from purchasing more is the apparant increase in price, which is nearly double the price i paid not so long back. My advice is to wait until hopefully the price drops before purchasing.

Customer rating: 5 out of 5 stars  Works perfectly with old motherboards

Great RAM, works perfectly in my old Asus Pundit-R (P4 2.8ghz) alongside a slower PC2700 512MB module (total RAM now 1.5GB). It's low-density RAM so it should work with any system that takes DDR1 184pin memory.

At first i hesitated to buy this because of compatibility, but i took the gamble and won. Its perfect. I sloted it into my empty ram slot and my computer recognised it straight away. Its incresed my computer speed by miles and now its really responsive. Buy this now!!!!

~Really debated about buying these for my Dell Inspiron 1100 which is 2 years old and had 512 RAM and could only perform 1 teask at once. Bought two of these and put them in and I seriously could not believe the difference. I've never left a review before but I just had to this time. Very Very happy!
