Paired it with existing Samsung ddr800 2Gb in Biostar GF8100 and all seems to be working A ok. Using Win 7 experience numbers, the memory value went from 5.4 for Samsung memory alone to 5.9 for the pair, so no complaints.
I ordered this item and it came within 2 days, even considering the postal strike!
Installation was quick and easy, and works perfectly without any errors. This just proves to me that if you want a simple upgrade, then there is no reason to go for a more expensive version!
