Having paid for 15pound for some HP glossy photo paper (100 sheets) when i first received my Canon IP4700 printer, i was happy. But when i saw these at 1.99 per 80 sheets i thought what a steal, might as well give them ago.
Having tried both papers i can honestly say this pack gives me a much better picture then the 15 a pack HP photo paper.
Its almost as good as the Canon Photo Plus Glossy II paper that came with printer.
I cannot recommend this paper highly enough.
I went on to buy another 7 packs... a definate purchase.
I've tried several brands of 4x6 photo paper in my Canon Pixma iP4500. Price varies considerably, as does quality. Many papers sacrifice weight and / or quantity and / or finish in order to bring the price down. Lighter papers tend to buckle and corners crease. I bought a pack of Lexmark PerfectFinish a while ago and was completely satisfied with the prints that were produced. At 255 g/m2 the prints are as stiff as standard lab photos and the glossy finish is just right. The packaging is suitably heavy, and intructions for printer and paper settings are included in the pack. If you want great quality, affordable prints for albums or for dishing out to family, then buy some. You'll be suitably impressed.
