As the title says, it does the job as a basic storage device. Fast, and straightforward with no issues yet.
The U3 application allows you to install and run programs direct from the drive, such as Irfanview, Firefox, Thunderbird, Avast! Anti-Virus etc.
U3 will only work with Windows 2000 SP 4, and XP as far as I know...
The retractrable connector is superb. The built quality is very solid. When I got this I was worried the switch to slide the connector in and out would be rubbish and fail - not the case - it's excellent and the build quality is the best I've seen in any flash drives (I've been through about 5 of various makes) I have the 1Gb version of this, but this one looks exactly the same.
Brilliant item, If you work with computers, it's a not to be missed item
Good item. Had it 8 months now and its still working fine.
I've had this little bit of kit for a couple of years now, and use it on an occasional basis. It's never given me any problems and does exactly what it says.
It uses the plug and play system and is quick and easy to use.
I personally haven't used the U3 software on it - it may not be essential to your needs.
The orange light (which displays when connected to your computer) is just a nice little touch!
Great product, fully recommended.
This product is neither exceptional nor unsatisfactory. It is a basic product that lives up to what it says it will. I think if you are looking for a cheap, no nonsense USB, go for this. It will suffice, you need nothing more than this
