Razer Naga MMO 5600DPI USB Laser Gaming Mouse

Excellent build quality, the material and construction of the mouse is sturdy and yet stylish. The Naga is smaller than other gaming mice I've used over the years, but by far one of the most ergonomic and comfortable of them all. The accuracy and flow of the mouse is unparalleled, especially evident when using a Razer gaming mat alongside it. Even the cord, a seemingly unimportant aspect of the design, has been given a makeover, with a fibre casing that speaks of quality.

And that's just the mouse on it's own. The thumb operated keypad fulfils it's role beautifully. As a heavy MMO, RTS and FPS player, this handy addition has enriched my gaming experience through the freedom it provides my keyboard hand with. The buttons are easy to depress, unobtrusive and the time it takes to get used to the operation of the buttons wasn't very long either.

In World of Warcraft this mouse really shines. With an excellent UI addon available from the Razer website, you can assign skills to the number pad on the side. Not to mention the extra two buttons on the left of the primary click, which are handy as mount/demount and call pet buttons : )

Although this mouse isn't purely exclusive to MMO gaming in it's use - in FPS games you can map weapons to the keys, in RTS titles you can control unit groups and buildings at the touch of your thumb.. in any game, there's a way to use the Naga to your advantage.

The only downside of the mouse is possibly the size (which is quite small). Some seasoned gamers will find the transition to the numpad a little daunting at first, and there aren't custom additional weights for the mouse.

Overall, top buy. I'm 100% satisfied and have already convinced most of my friends to buy one!

I contemplated buying this mouse for quite a while and definitely do not regret the final decision.
I used to use a Diamondback 3G and the transition was a little daunting at first, seeing as the Diamondback is such a long flat mouse compared to this smaller, more compact, higher profile mouse but it truly is awesome.
I'm not sure what it would be like for the more palm handed gamer but for myself, as a claw grip kind of gamer it's awesome. I have quite large hands too and it's still extremely easy to click all buttons and game for hours, comfortably.
I'm a mage on WoW and didn't really think i'd need so many buttons but i promise you, you will quickly fill up every macro with something you took for granted before. Even for mounting up, fishing, buffs, whatever, just so easy to use.
As the title says, do not hesitate any longer "Get IMBA" you will not be disappointed.

This was the replacement for my deathadder. I pretty much bought this mouse to play WOW and it has quickly become my favourite piece of kit in my arsenal. You'd expect 17 buttons to make a mouse relatively large, but no its quite small. I was able to start using it comfortably right away. Razer provide simple tools with the mouse incase you have trouble. Looks great, very little noise when moving and of course you can create macros for each of the buttons with the software provided. The one downside to this mouse is the struggle it is to go back to a "normal" mouse after you have used it for a while.

A very nice mouse perhaps one of my favorites so far.

Pros: The side buttons provide a decent advantage for people who use a keyboard for MMOs and 3rd person shooters. The 17 buttons do justice in any game and your play ability is easier.

Cons: Although it quite feasible, its' a little longer to memorize the button locations with your thumb, the left and right mouse buttons are too loose compared to other mouses.

Also a quick note the may be some issues with the left and right mouse buttons double-clicking in-expectantly, if you have insurance great but if not you may need to download the drivers for your mouse on the official website and reconfigure the buttons.
