Pretty good, but handle with care

Straight to the point. When my drive has been my netbook for any length of time I have to be vary careful pulling it out of the USB socket. Simple, the case slips off the metal part - probably due to heat from thr netbook's motherboard. I've tried superglue and Locktite - I think that's the name, can't find the tube - and neither lasted for long. I have to squeeze it to make it all come out at once.

A shame, as this is a tough little drive. It's lid is hopelessly loose, but it still works, despite often living in a pocket with keys.

One thing that left a bit of a sour taste in the mouth, and it's nothing to do with the drive. It's Play's policy for lost-in-the-post items. I ordered this at a special offer of 7.99 (can't use the pound sign in this review - it's an invalid character; strange for a UK review?) and it didn't arrive. I contacted Play who sent out another - the one I have - and they refunded my 7.99 and then debited my back account 9.99 (the original price of the drive when the special offer had ended). This seems a tad naughty...

  Pretty good, but not perfect.....

Fast enough if you only transfer one item at a time. Otherwise it just takes forever..... Still, not bad for 8 and a half quid.
(7-8mb write speeds).

  Fast As Fook

Prob the smallest and the fastest flash drive money can buy, have been using this for HD movies and it performs very well, also ideal for music via USB in the car as its so small.

  Excellent product

I bought a SanDisk Cruzer blade from this site for 11.99 and sold it the next day becuase the write speed was soo crap at 4-5 mbs for a 1gb file.

Thought ill take the chance and bought this and its soo much better with right speeds of around 11mbs for 1.5gb files and 15mbs for 700mb files.

This is a tiny drive basically the length of two typical USB heads, also a better build quality and it feels more durable with a lid unlike the cruzer which felt cheap, too light and plastic.

I know there might be slightly faster drives for similar prices but the cost, speed and size of this drives i think beats everything else.

btw no lanyard with this...

great little product, wanted a small device i could leave plugged in to my laptop and it is ideal for that due to its small size. works perfectly and so far no problems.

  Excellent for my Android Tab

I bought three of these for my Advent Vega Tablet so I could load my digital comics on. Extremely easy to use....its a pen drive so nowt exciting there.

Speeds are actually excellent and the fact it is soooooo small means that it doesnt jut out like a sore thumb on my laptop or tablet.

A must buy if you want an inconspicuous storage solution with excellent memory and really low price.

Only downside is that as its so small I think I will probably end up losing one of them eventually.

  Great little USB flash drive

This small in size but large in memory USB flash drive is a great piece of kit. I use it as music storage for my car stereo which has USB connectivity; it's small size means it doesn't get in the way of gear changes unlike other larger flash drives. Well priced as well, definitely a recommended purchase.

  Great little stick

The smallest memory stick i've ever seen. Ideal for backing up a PS3 Slim and can be left attached permanently as it doesn't stick out from the console and won't be caught or knocked day to day.

  Excellent Drive

Bought myself one of these recently as I wanted a decent sized flash drive to carry around stuff for use in pc repairs, its an excellent drive and has fast access speeds when copying information to it also very small and compact - about an inch and a half in size, would recommend getting one
