  Screen frozen, will not work at all...

Had this for just under 1 year and it has frozen completely, if you google this model you will see that many people have had this problem. I have emailed play.com twice and have now involved trading standards as play.com have not responded to me... This was a good tablet and did everything I wanted until it suddenly froze...

It was cheap, and you get what you pay for.
Cheap non functional, the Disgo did go. The thing would not charge properly, absolute waste of money.
I just couldn't believe I was sucked in, by the deal. Why did i not return it earlier. It stopped working after 6/7 weeks. To much mither and performance.
I would recommend buyers give this product a big heave ho.
My message to punters choose anything other than this item.
Cheap Rubbish And Poor. abbreviated, really sums up this product
The star system need negative stars to score Disgo. -10
Disappointed does not come in to it.

  Glorified e-reader, but no tech support or internet

The tablet is good for a e reader, video player and some games (these all need to be loaded by an SD as you can not connect direct to a pc and in my case can not connect to the internet).
As stated I can not connect to the interent via WIFI as the tablet shows it is connected, but will not coonect to any pages.
I have tried to resolve via forums and connecting the customer support and it is now why I write this review some 6 months after purchase. My customer support case was closed today after they had not responded or resolved my internet connection issue, so have a glorified e reader and video player.
Will never by any Disgo product again and aim a little higher, known name (with a support team) and reviews.

I got this for my wife as a christmas present, and now I wish I had got something else. It is simply awful. It does not connect to the internet with any reliability and I seem to spend most of my time unfreezing the thing ie: restart. The internet keeps disconnecting and it goes into an infuriating loop of obtaining IP address, authorising connection then disconnects. This is where the internet/wifi strength is excellent.
It is also painfully slow, you feel like an eon has passed waiting for things to happen.
I have tried getting some technical support, but after 10 days of waiting for an email of some sorts to give me a glimmer of hope that something can be done, I have received nothing. I get the feeling their tech dept is a dusty garden shed with a single 386dx machine clunking away in the corner sending out automated replies to any help requests.
Do yourself a favour, buy a pen and paper as they are far more reliable than this piece of junk.

well after giving this as a christmas gift i found that it was supposed to be operating on android 2.2, but then found that it had no operating system installed at all.
No slideMe app market, cannot apply any apps at all, unable to sync with my wifi, kept freezing and the list goes on and on.

  Won't connect to wi-fi

Bought 2 of these for Christmas - now my wife and sister are both disappointed since neither connects to wi-fi. Bought separately and trrying to connect to 2 different wi-fi networks - both devices simply connect & disconnect repeatedly until they disable the connection. Both wi-fi networks are WPA PSK and have been in use with many devices for quite some time. Have tried the reset button on the back on the devices, have bounced the routers, have read all tips I can find throughout many reviews and forums but all to no avail. Dodgy batch or just dodgy kit full stop?

Am awaiting a response on the disgo6000.info forum - unfortunately looks like others are too.

This pair look like they're heading for return. Avoid.

BTW the touch screen is as hideous as everyone says - if you've ever used an iPod Touch/iPad/iPhone or phones like a HTC Desire HD then this is like a prehistoric oddity.

Bought this as a gift for my mum. Love the quality of the screen although its not very responsive which i would find annoying if it was for mine. This is good for the basics like browsing the internet so perfect for my mum.
Overall if your looking for something fancy you need to pay more but if your looking for something cheap and cheerful thats easy to use then this is for you.
