  Works Great

A large enough size Memory Stick for a very reasonable price. 32GB is a large enough size to store a large array of items you want to take everywhere. The stick itself is slightly bulky for a Memory Stick, but it makes it more robust. Doesn't feel like a tacky piece of plastic. I would highly recommend this to anyone that doesn't want to spend a fortune on a reasonably large Memory Stick.

Cheap price and solid product. Works as intended, even on a xbox360 as an external harddrive. No complaints.

I have a number of play.com memory sticks for my computer, Iv'e just bought a tv with a U S B memory connection for recording. Can I use these play.com memory sticks on the tv, or do you have to buy different types.

Bargain - Good for use with a Wii

Complete bargain at 9.99 for 32Gb

Bought this for use with a Nintendo Wii to back up games to and it works fine - a cheap alternative to a hard drive.

It's a little on the chunky side meaning if you have two USB ports that are very close together you might not be able to use the other one at the same time. So far this has happened only once - on the front of my PC.

It's USB 2.0 standard so not as fast 3.0 (but you need version 3.0 ports to use take advantage of that anyway)

Preformatted with FAT 32 file system, perfect for Wii use. Of course you can format it how you like once on a PC.

  Big space...small price

Great item! Loads of space, useful for passing over files, music, movies, photos! A very useful, must have item for any household.

  Hit and Miss

I bought this because it had reasonable reviews.
Write speed drops from 15 to 4 in a very short time it then takes forever to fill up the drive. Seems it is luck rather than quality if you buy one of these. However for 10 quid you get what u pay for i suppose . but it would be nice if it hit the speeds quoted.

  Can't ask for more!

I can never quite get my head round why people complain about products that may not be 100% accurate. As in this case you may be missing a couple of GB's, but for the price, what does it matter? And if you pay peanuts..........! Only got this to put a load of kids films on so when the inevitable rain of an English summer arrives I can still keep the kids occupied! I've already put 20 films on the drive, so it's helped me out! Excellent!

Very respectable USB flash drive! (PLEASE READ MY UPDATE)

(12/01/2012) - I've bought several 16GB Play.com sticks from here in the past for what I now paid for this 32GB Play.com stick, so the price per GB has effectively halved which is a great start.
Running a speed test with Bench32 showed a max of 15MB/s write and 18MB/s read which is good, but testing with H2testw (write/read test of the entire space) showed a real world write speed of 11.6MB/s taking 44 mins to fill the entire stick and a read speed of 16.9 MB/s taking 30 mins to read back the entire stick.
Not as fast as the advertised 'up to 23MB/s' read speed but thankfully not as slow as the 'up to 8MB/s' write speed. In conclusion it was definitely worth the 16.01 quid I paid (I got 10% off which was an added bonus).

(UPDATE 17/07/2012) I received a 4th of these 32gb sticks today and the speed is significantly worse than the previous 3. On this latest stick I see 4.3mb/s write and just under 12mb/s read with Bench32, the H2testw read/write test of the entire stick took 2 hours 18 minutes to fill it at 3.71MB/s and 50 minutes to read it all back.at 10.2MB/s. A far cry from my first 3 sticks.

Cheap? YES. Quality? not as fast as they used to be, but still perfectly usable.
