I have read the reviews before I purchased this flash drive and true it is slow however if you take the software out of the drive for the
Secure Access it will start up quicker also a lot of drives take a long time to tranfer data

  Pretty good

As has previously been commented, these are not the fastest at writing. However, at the price point they pack an awful lot into a small package. The drive is very small and trim and unlike someother drives I have used it does not clash with other usb accesories plugged into adjacent sockets.
Overall it's very small, very light, very easy to use and very good value, but just not ultimate high speed - I guess usb 3.0 is the way to go for that.

  Handsome, compact, but slow

The Cruzer Blade is handsome and compact, however, as other reviewers have stated, its write speed is very slow (approximately 5 MiB/s), even when the partitions and file systems are aligned.

  Great little drive!

Bought this drive as I wanted something with a fair amount of storage space on it. When it arrived I was impressed at quite how small it is. It's not much taller than a 50p piece. The outer casing is made of plastic and you have to be a bit careful with it, but as long as your not rough with it and don't sit on it then you shouldn't have a problem.

The only real negative side is that the transfer speed is quite slow. It's slower than any other pen drive I have owned and considering its 32GB in size that goes to assume that your going to be transfering a lot of data onto it which could take a while. 2GB of data took me around 6 minutes to copy onto it. Obviously if your not in a rush then this isn't a massive problem but it can get annoying having to wait.

Overall I am quite pleased with the pen drive. The amount it can store and the price made it impossible to turn down.

  extremely slow

Sandisk is a reliable brand and this product looks nice and neat but the write speed on these flash drives is extremely slow,it's the slowest I've ever seen and becomes very annoying when you try to copy files to/from them.
Avoid!

  Brilliant little drives

I have loads of these wee crackers lying around, from 4gb/32gb and they are amazing. Have even washed and tumble tried a couple and they still work brilliantly. I use them to play movies on my xbox, transfer files at work and even have a 32gb plugged into my BT Homehub 3 for file sharing. My only advise is add a lanyard to the wee blighters as they are easily lost.
