It is a good device and is very small. Only issue is that the lid is very difficult to remove when all the way on. This is due to the lid being held in place by friction and the areas to grip being so small.
Would be ideal if you wanted to leave the device in the pc/laptop all the time. I have yet to try the device for compatibility with ready boost but it would be the perfect memory stick for this.
It is well made, tiny little thing, does what it is supposed to do. As for the cover removal after few times it does not take any effort at all (having nails, does help). Easy to loose because it is so small, but has it's advantages, for exmpl - the car stereo, where bigger ones are in the way and get knocked off... Perfect.
