It is not possible to add google apps from the app store on this device .... this is a problem known to google and as yet there are no patches or workarounds for this problem ... all other functions seem to work ok ... email, web browsing through wifi, hd player etc ... which is why I decided to keep this device but the mentioned problem is a big disappointment for me

What Tablet were you lot reviewing??

After unfortunately breaking my Google Nexus 7 I needed a replacement Android Tablet, but didn't have the funds to spend another 200 pounds on a Nexus. So the same evening I had a browse at the budget tablets on offer and stumbled across a few as well as this one.
After reading the reviews which were high rated and said 'this tablet was just a good as the expensive ones', I was sold! Perfect at less than 60 pounds.
The only good experience I had purchasing this tablet was how quickly it arrived in just a couple of days. Very happy with that!
However I learnt very quickly why this product so cheap. I have no idea what tablet you people were reviewing, but it certainly couldn't have been this one?!
First after taking the tablet out of the box I saw their was no Senua logo on the back, which was rather aesthetically disappointing. The product felt very cheap and tacky to hold also.
I was horrified to find the tablet wasn't actually set up to use from the start. No introduction to personalise the system and all accounts had to be manually set up. The language was set to Chinese (where it was made perhaps), and I guess after experiencing the lush quality of the Google Nexus this felt very shoddy in comparison.
The touch screen was unresponsive most of the time, and the middle part of the screen didn't actually respond to touch, so even setting the date and time was a nightmare!
I eventually got my Google apps downloaded along with Facebook and Youtube, but the tablet would crash constantly and overall the function of it was very very poor.
Ultimately I sent the product back and had to wait 2 weeks for a refund!
When it comes to buying technology you simply can not cut corners.
If you are somebody who hasn't used a tablet and are thinking of buying one - Save your money and only buy from trusted and well known brands such as Samsung, Asus, Kindle or best of all Apple.

  Excellent tablet

Brilliant tablet for the price, bought three of these at xmas for kids. Had a problem with downloading any apps at first but if you google the error code you get plenty of solutions to help you fix the problem. Would purchase these again, keeps three kids (ages 6, 8 and 9) quiet for hours

I am used to an iPad but bought this for my 13 year old sister and I have to say I am very impressed. I don't usually review products but I feel I have to say something because this tablet is fantastic value for money.

Google etc is there at the touch of a button, the screen is lovely and clear, the swipe/zoom is very responsive and smooth, I am going to get one for myself! I'm left wondering what the point of paying the cost an iPad or similar is!? 3G aside of course.

As other people have said, the camera isn't the best, but it is good enough for skype. Get one!

  Yes. Go on.

I've been using this a month and no regrets. It does what it says it does, came pre-loaded with lots of helpful applications and widgets. It's fairly intuitive and it's smart. All the great stuff about a tablet at an affordable price. It's perhaps only 85% perfect - the camera is difficult to use and the pre-loaded Office costs cash - there's a lot on it and most of it is Grade A.

Got this tablet for my girlfriend for Christmas. Arrived 2 days after ordering. Had a quick play before wrapping it up and it's brilliant! Screen is really responsive. Apps load effortlessly and quickly. WiFi connected with no trouble. Within 30 seconds of turning it on I was online. I've never used an Android device before having a go on this. Everything is bold and easy to see. Settings are all simple to change. Going to buy one for myself. Can't believe it's only 60 quid!

Recently purchased this for my 7 year old son for xmas impressed with screen quality, features etc so far so good. Just a little peeved that it is now selling for less that what I purchased it for a few weeks ago. would definately recommend it as its much cheaper option that Ipad.

Ordered 2 of these and impressed so far, excellent value for money. Thinking of getting a couple more and for anyone wondering yes the pre-installed Android Market IS Google Play.
