never done a reveiw before but felt these deserved one, brilliant for playing games and watching films, i have a pair of turtle beach x11s which are the same price as these and the turtles dont even come close to these in terms of sound quality. I only wish i could use these on xbox then my life would be complete(near enough).

A very good Piece of kit

Although I'm not the most well informed when it comes to headsets, I must say this one has impressed me! It fits my needs perfectly, and is ridiculously easy to use. I use this headset for talking to friends over programs such as skype and ventrillo, and also for listening to music- It suits both of these needs very well!

Sound quality:-
The sound, for me, seems crisp, clear and of quite a high standard. The tinny noises you get from other headsets is none apparent in this one, making it a winner in my books. The surround sound is also impressive, with certain music I listen to, it adds a lot of aspects to it- I kind of zone out from time to time. Also, it certainly helps pinpoint sounds in games and could quite possibly give you a tactical edge, if that's what you were looking for!

Microphone:-
Many friends of mine have commented on the clarity of my voice when using this microphone which I have myself tested by simply recording my voice and playing it back- it really is very clear!

Other aspects:-
Some things to take note that I don't think are listed in the products description are, first off, that it doesn't require surround sound, there is a mic and audio jack which you can simply plug into your computer if you wish, or plug into the USB adapter, which then enables the surround sound. Secondly, the volume control dial is very clear and simple to control, a lot easier to control than some other headsets. Although the padding and fitting of the headset itself is quite comfy, the plastic offers quite restricted flexibility, and you sometimes find yourself being very careful on how much you bend the headset as not to break it! But really this is just a minor problem in my opinion, no reason not to buy it if you like all the other features!

Overall, a very solid headset with really quite impressive qualities for the price, with only the most minor problem holding it back. A good buy so far!
