This is probably the cheapest tablet on the market and as such comes with a resistive screen. This means that you do have to push (lightly) for it to register and occasionally it may take 2 attempts, that aside the rest of the spec is akin to a tablet of twice the price.
It is perfect as an introduction into the world of tablets or as a 2nd tablet to keep little fingers off your 300-400 pound ipad.
All in all there isnt anything to grumble about given the 75 pound price tag.
If you do decide to buy, make sure the first thing you do (even before downloading Angry Birds) is calibrate the screen as this does help responsiveness.
The reason why the screen is unresponsive is because it is a resistive panel and not capacitive. Always look out for capacitive if you want to play games and be able to flick between stuff. If you are quite happy with just clicking (if for example you just want to play hd video and not much else) then this tablet will still be great for you.
This tablet is no Ipad but that is reflective in the price.
Brought this as a gift for my young daughter because she is always playing on my samsung Galaxy,The scrren does take a bit of it getting use to.
The wireless connects straight away,It plays MKV file format files and every other format i have tried on it.The speakers are very quiet but using headphones are ok.
There is no Android market place but a place called Getjar,but not all apps download,i just download from market place on my phone,transfer to sd card and then install on tablet,that solves a few problems.
Overall a good cheap tablet that wont set the world on fire with its speed and my daughter loves it
Speed reminiscent of a 56k modem and you need to punch it for the screen to register contact - utter rubbish and it's going back
Received it today, charged it for 4 hours and used it for two minutes. Switched it off and switched it back on an hour later.... screen keeps freezing on the Disgo logo! I will give another go and then it's back to play.com. Hopefully I will receive a replacement.
