SanDisk 2GB Cruzer Micro USB Flash Drive / Ready Boost Enabled

the first thing with these is to make sure that they are vista compatible, the earilier u3 cruzer micro are not. secondly if you wish to add programs to the u3 there is a free tool out there called pacakage factory which will deal with almost any application you want to put on to run from the u3. disagree with the useless software comment thats personal. a highly useful and recommended tool for anyone who wants to carry their own settings, email and program requirements with them to use on any computer

Initially very pleased with transfer speed,U3 programme install etc. Used as Readyboost on 3rd time of use on Vista and have since been unable to access drive, or use tool to reformat (with SanDisk online support). RECOMMEND you ignore printed info on package about not needing to stop hardware before removal and always right-click U3 icon to eject and make sure all apps are closed. Possibly don't use for Readyboost, but I can't tell what has caused the problem. Others may be able to comment more positively?

Will now see if Play.com or SanDisk will replace it...

2GB Cruzer micro USB only for that cheap price, what a bargain, but the software come with it is a bit useless, you have to download the removal tool from the sandisk and remove it.

I bought one of these about 4months ago, its brilliant, never let me down. If you are looking for a memory stick that copies files quickly this is the one for you. Very good tool.
