L7680 Poor Service from HP

I decided to throw caution to the wind and purchase this expensive AIO. Initially it did everything it said on the box, but after a few months it started to merge, and drop splogs of ink on all colour printing. I phoned the HP Help Line (expensive 0870 calls to India). They decided to send me a replacement printer, I was impressed. However the fault remained the same. It was then decided to send me replacement print heads. It took 4 weeks and 5 phone calls (cost over £20) before they arrived. I asked HP to send a set of XL Cartridges to compensate me, they refused. I suppose the final insult is that you have now reduced this AIO by £50. Not Very Happy
