Great when it works - But.......................

This software is totally flawed. It is very tempremental and crashes quite a bit. A lot of the modules won't load giving "run time errors". The only things which work are ripping & burning audio which you can do using Windows Media Player. I have tried all the so called fixes given by other users and Roxio but none of them work. Completely uninstalling and re-installing works sometimes but only for a while then the errors start again. Has something to do with Direct X 9/10 - Roxio have produced flawed software and don't seem to be doing anything about it. This was £49.99 wasted money. When it does work it is very good but that is not that often. So don't buy it unless Roxio confirm that they have fixed all the bugs in the software.
