Edimax EW-7318Ug / Wireless G 54Mbps / USB2.0 Network Adapter

I chose this little device for one reason, it's the cheapest and to be honest it's brilliant, plug it in, load the software bish bosh done, up and running in 10 minutes. The range on my lap top was excellent , from our Orange wireless router in the basement it went over 2 floors to the bedroom with no problem.
I've orderd 3 for all the other PC's in the kids rooms.

Its advertised as Edimax EW-7318Ug when infact a IEEE 802.11g arrived.

Apart from that I am very pleased I brought a £30 lan usb adapter from play which I am now going to sell as this is far better and does not crash my pc.

You get an extension cable for the device so it doesnt have to stick directly in the USB slot and can sit on top of your pc or where ever.

Have reached speeds of 1000k+ on it and I have no doubt it can go faster.

really chuffed with this one from Play. paired up to my wireless router straight way and get very quick coverage all around the house on my laptop. all for less than £13 !!!!!!!

Worked great for about a week, and then the signal became very weak often disconnecting for no apparent reason and eventually stopped working altogether. Very poor product.

I have a question, i was just woundering if anyone can tell me would this product work with the ps3 to boost wireless connection signal.
