PNY 2GB (2x1GB) Dimm DDR2 800MHz (PC6400) Dual Channel Computer Memory Kit

The items delivered did not include the cooler kit, so I returned them with a comprehensive letter asking if the cooler kit version were still available and, if not, were the items sent still backwards compatible with lesser speeds. No reply or acknowledgement, just the same items without cooler kit again. They have now removed the comment stating "Cooler kit", but the picture is still the same!!

I was dissapointed to see that when my memory arrived it did not include the heatspreaders as shown in the item image , this is not the end of the world but it does mean I paid a few quid more that I needed to do for a pair of modules , Unfortunately Play.com seem to have no route of communication other than to return an Item which is a waste of my time , good delivery as always .

Hey you lot dont worry about the stick being broken i think its just that he didnt realise the fact that 32bit operating systems cant use 4gb of ram and only use 3.2ish gb of ram to solve this you would have to buy the 64bit operating system...and these ram work great computer has everything loaded up in about 2minutes compared to 4minutes(before installation)

a grate bit of kit 5stars a must buy i get 3frames more in need for speed undercover i used to have 2gb of 667 now i have 800 and my pcs boot times are alot faster now thanks to this kit.

Bought these and wasnt dissapointed,they are backwards compatible and easy to fit,and at the price a bargain!! Their also a good brand name.
