A bulky beast..not surprising given the screen size.. Ticks all the boxes, the pre-installed limited licence Norton programme tends to irritate. I feel XP Pro would have been better than Vista and why no PS2 mouse port .? Good wireless connectivity. This laptop is high-end, not recommended for complete novices or computer non-literates.
Good hardware shame about the OS

Got one of these fro my grandfather who is into digital photography. For the price I think it is a great bit of kit with a big clear screen and very good webcam built in. I would also have to say it looks the part though the long term durability of the case has yet to be tested.
Few complaints but the inclusion of a Bluetooth button when there is no device for it is a little annoying as well as the volume wheel working the wrong way round. Minor gripes and insignificant compared to those of Vista.
Although an experienced IT person I found wrestling with the security paranoid, user unfriendly Vista an exhausting experience. My advice is still go for the laptop but get yourself a copy of XP for it.
