The best Norton product yet. Installs in under a minute and hogs very little system resource. Main window now opens instantly from the taskbar. No slowing down your OS with this version.

Brands of Anti-Virus / Internet protection software seem to be like Marmite, some people love them, others hate them. Personally I've always liked Norton products.
I'm no virus expert, so can't compare it directly to offerings from other brands in terms of protection, but Norton has protected my computers well, and dealt successfully with the few viruses that have sneaked in quickly, before they've done anything.
Online support is good, but telephone support is the one let down, with technical support being pay per minute. Luckily the few problems that I've had over the years were all solved using the help files, manual or free online support.

To be honest, this is impossible to rate as I've been unable to install it. The customer service is useless, they were 'supposed' to be helping me remotely, failed in their task and have now disappeared completely and left me in the lurch. They even had the audacity to send me a customer satisfaction survey. I cannot recommend this at all.
