I bought this laptop back in November when the price was £349.99 and I have to say I'm EXTREMELY pleased with it. After having used a laptop with only 1GB of RAM with Vista, this thing is blazing fast in comparison, and applications start almost immediately after you open them.
The system itself looks great, the speakers are better than the ones in my last laptop (better placed, too. They're on top, in front of the screen as opposed to being placed on the front edge) and was quick and easy to set up. There is a great deal of rubbish software that comes ready installed, but that's to be expected and it doesn't take long to get rid of it all, should you choose to. Also, the graphics card is very low end, so don't buy it hoping to play any recent games, but you can't really complain for the price. For general use, you really cannot go wrong.
For anybody wondering about the processor speed, I did a quick search and it seems that it's 1.73GHz.
Yup
