I did huge amounts of research, and settled on this screen. I have bought 2 acer laptops in the past, and have been very impressed with their kit, and I love the crystalbrite screen too.
This is a big screen and it was set up in just 2 mins.
I downloaded the latest graphics driver and set the resolution to 1680-1050, and hey presto, it looks awesome.
The screen is clear and bright, and I have not noticed any dead pixels.
I managed to get this for an incredible £119.99 recently on play.com, but the price has gone back up. However, even at £150, I think it is a cracking screen and would urge anyone interested in a 22" screen to take the plunge with this one!
Hope this helps
Great Buy

I bought this monitor to connect to my macbook as an external display and i'm very very happy with it. it came with both vga and dvi cables in the box which meant i could select which i'd prefer(dvi is supposedly better) and it worked instantly.
the laptop picked it up instantly recognising the model and with a little calibration it was great,
Not much heat is generated by the monitor and it deals well in any scenario, i use it for dvds and stuff like that and its perfect.
Definitely worth the cash.
Just brilliant

I was looking for a new monitor, recently moving from a high end crt to tft. I mainly play fps games so refresh rate was important. I have to say this was the best bargin i could find... And it has lived up to expectation. First of all delievry was quick. The monitor itself came with no dead pixels, had to calibrate it abit to get the best out of it but took all of 5 minutes. But for the most part it was just plug and play. The monitor performs excelently whilst gaming i am yet to seen any signs on ghosting/screen tearing. If your looking for a monitor in this price range you cannot go wrong
