This tablet is surprisingly capable though I should add that it only becomes so once a little adjustment is made to the tablet settings which enables downloads to be successfully made from the Google Play Store.
The tablet is light but sturdily made and the screen view is acceptable. The screen is also surprisingly responsive.
Navigation is not quite as slick as on more expensive tabs but not painful. Once apps are up and running - the little machine works well.
Once you have signed into your google account you may hit problems completing downloads from the Google Play Store. In my case this was easily cured by carrying out the following minor tweaks:
1.Go into SETTINGS
2.Select Apps (select the 'ALL' tab)
3.Select 'Google Services Framework' and Clear Data (please only clear data; Do not delete Google Services Framework completely)
4.Select Google Play and Clear data there too (the same process as above)
5.Reset your tablet by switching on and off.
This cured the issue and my daughter can happily downoad from the Google Play store with ease.
This is a cheap cheap cheap tablet but is so far working well - the web browser works fine and surfing the net is ok. It's not a brilliant screen but acceptable for the money.
The front facing camera is pretty poor but I guess you shouldn't expect any better from a tablet at such a low price.
Well done Play.com - a bargain basement tablet that does the basics with ease.
