I have been wanting to get one of these since they first came out and they are brilliant. Light compact and all you need to surf the web. The only downside is the battery life should be abit better it only lasts about 3 hours.
A great little laptop, ideal for taking everywhere

This is a gteat little laptop. Although the size and power of it isn't perfect if you want to use it as a desktop replacement it does have its advantages:
It's small enough to take anywhere with you.
If you don't like the customised Xandros OS it is very easy to install XP.
This is the cheapest laptop of its size anywhere - at this price it really is a steal.
The customised OS is very basic but is skinned to look like XP. If all you're going to use it for is a bit of light surfing and jotting things down in the Open Office suite then this really is ideal.
Storage can easily be added (and is probably required as the Solid state drive is only 4GB) through either a USB pen drive or an SD card.
I've had great fun playing with this laptop and is ideal for sticking in your bag and using on the train.
Fantastic Item!!

I bought this little beauty as a replacement for the missus' aging and slightly problematic laptop. She's taken to the linux install like a duck to water, and since she's not very computer savvy, i was a little wary about presenting her with something that she wouldn't be too sure about. The size of it means she can easily take it with her where ever she needs to go, and since she doesn't play games, she just browses the web, this little umpc really does it with ease, quietly and efficiently enough so she can browse while she watches tv. she's even started dabbling into why the wirless network doesn't connect and has started quick fixing and troubleshooting herself. If my missus can do it, then kids can do it. This is a must buy if you can get your hands on one. I will be buying a second for myself (and modding it!)
