  Excellent value

Excellent discs, at a great price.
Whilst i agree that the packaging isn't great - it probably what enables you to get these at this price. All major disc manufacturers are acking there discs like this now. Its to reduce on plastic and save them money, ultimatley lowering the price for the consumer.
I have used approx 25 discs so far and not one has failed - a tribute to this brand.

I agree with other the coments, have always bought these one's,they are excellent,
But wish they would put them in a cake box,
As the carry pack is a terrible design.

carry case more of the flatpack version

Great great discs never have a problem with them .and at the price you cant go wrong but the only fault i found was with the packing of the item.its like putting a pack of biscuts into a shoe box with no protection or padding these babes have rolled from side to side all the way from jersy hence the headline flatpack there was nothing left of the carrycase .just a box of loose cds so sort it more padding

  Coaster City!

Maybe i recieved a bad batch but since i started using these discs (mainly for audio cd's) i've had nothing but coasters. Every single disc has written without error using a variety of burning software but when i have attempted to play the cd back in a cd player it will either not read at all or read a few tracks for a few seconds before spitting it out.

I've never had a problem with Maxell media before so i'm putting it down to a bad batch. (i'm not sure if this means anything but these discs are the most see through i've come across, the cd "shiny" layer is ultra thin, so possibly the laser is going through rather than bouncing back?)

I'll give these a miss next time.

Dirt cheap cdrs! less than 10 english pence a pop!

And they work in my Ford Transit CD player A-okay. Great for burning a bit of Rock on and tearing up the M25 on the sunny side of 70 with my tunes blasting out.

Highly recommended purchase!
