2 pin problem

I bought the 24inch version of this monitor and it is fantastic.
The monitor has a 2 pin power cable as standard but there is an adapter that is supplied with the monitor that connects to the end of the power cord and makes it a 3 pin uk power connector.
If you are missing your adapter you should contact samsung and request one from them.
Great with PS3 - but one problem

I have just purchased this amazing monitor to use with my PS3. The picture is greate when using the PS3 in 720 mode. But when I first switch on the screen & PS3 I get the pop up message on the screen from the samsung screen OSD saying it is not the optimin config. How can I turn this message off so it doesnt pop up each time ?

Just got my monitor delivered today, but why oh why is it only supplied with a 2-pin continental type power supply?
What use is that to buyers from the UK?
