Received this yesterday and I could just feel my laptop speeding up. Obviously you cannot take advantage of the 800MHZ if your board is not compliant with it. But superb value for money. It is much cheaper to buy twice this item than the other 4GB PC5400 2X2GB card that is on sale here.

Had 2 x1 gig and upgraded to 2x2gig and really noticed the difference and what a great price too, 34 quid for 4 gig. Ace!!!.
2 Mins to fit and my mum gets my old ram to pimp up her laptop.

I needed some memory, didn't have time to visit a city to get some so decided to buy on-line. Got to admit, with free postage and fast delivery I am one happy customer... even the price was good (£16.99).

The memory is doing everything I thought it should, so no complaints from me.

I received a 2 Gbyte SODIMM (small outline dual in-line memory module) module as expected, installed it in my laptop and tested its reliability for an hour using memtest. It works well.

Note: the image shown with this product is not a SODIMM - but just a DIMM. I suspect that puts buyers off.

great price. I already have 3gb installed and want to upgrade to 4gb but do I need to purchase two of these or just one? my first ram slot has 2gb and the second slot has 1gb. will it matter if the make of the ram in the first slot is different to the second slot? of course they both have the same specs though :)
