Gone With the Wind

I received the Wind as a gift and I was quite pleased as I had wanted one as soon as I read about them in a national magazine. My delight was quickly doused as the Wind was faulty out of the box. The right and left click did not want to work properly and soon stopped working altogether. I sent the Wind in for repairs and as soon as I received it back, it would not turn on. The On/Off button when depressed would not light. I tried several times and finally I got some joy. I have since had to keep the Wind on all the time or I may not be able to turn it back on. I made several complaints to MSI and have been demanding a refund which I was entitled too from the start but didn't know my rights at the time although I do now and I have been trying to enforce those rights for several weeks. I was told by MSI that play.com must refund me and so I contacted them several days ago but have had no response. All in all, not a good a purchase and even worse after care sales.
A good value system with only a few faults

Bought one of these and have never been so happy! Keyboard is surprisingly easy to use, and the bootup speed is faster than my desktop. Only qualm I have is there is no DVI port, but cant really expect it for the price!
