 Was very disappointed with these!

First off imprestion were quiet good, then the problems started
1) ear cups were too small long periods of wearing they became very painful.

2) Brought head phone so i could also watch dvd's late at night with out waking up other people in the house, the range with out loss of single was only about 2 - 2 1/2 meters, got alot of loss of audio.

3) aduio driver bugs, the drivers on vista got features stuck on, the auto volume leveling i could not disable and even with base drivers installed and no control panel.

4) audio was quiet tiny even with base turned up had to use other setting in media player and other software to over ride base, to make it sound more "normal".

have been very disapointed with the lastest creative products they have not seem to of writen descent drivers since the Aduigy 2 range.

 Good bit of kit!

I've been using this device for about a month playing COD5 and using Skype and have concluded the following:

Audio is excellent and unless you have ears like an elephant they fit on just nicely. They might be uncomfortable after a while but if they do then you've been playing for too long so unplug you geek and get some fresh air and some sun rays.

The battery life is also very good considering the size of the headset, you can get at least 3-4 hours providing you haven't got the volume up full max all the time.

The quality of the mic is as good as just about another device out there.

Overall this is good value for money, easy to install and use and have great range - about 20 meters but could be more if there is clear line of sight.

Hope this helps.

its worth a little extra to go wireless

Im not always a fan of things wireless because sometimes i really don't see the benefit of it for me (mouse keyboard etc), having too replace batteries would annoy me generally. But the freedom to move around without having to worry if your wire can reach that far is just brilliant for me, and no complaints at the sound quality so far. I cant say I've ever gone the 22 meters or whatever and actually tested that out, but anywhere out and around my bedroom is totally fine, there's never any lag in sound either. I also like the fact that you just plug it in and charge it rather then replacing batteries. Its very light and pretty comfy as far as headsets go. Very easy to setup and no problems syncing the headset to the receiver. So glad i decided to pay that little bit extra to get wireless, i don't think you will find better at this price bracket.

 A great buy

These headphones are great. Suburb sound quality and dead easy to set up. Other reviews have suggested poor mic volume but i've not had that issue. My voice was described as having a radio 2 quality using skype!!. As for range i can go anywhere in my house and get a signal. Thoroughly recommended.
