Customer rating: 2 out of 5 stars good when it works

i found it very difficult to get it to connect to my bt home hub in the first place and then every now and again, it decides that it does not like my router and connects to bt openzone. I have to fiddle around with it a lot before it works again, but once it is connected it is really fast.

Fine when it works but it constantly loses the signal and I have had to reconnect my wireless router via ethernet cable to ensure any reliable prolonged usage. Installs and sets up no problem so I suppose it has that in its favour. I could not recommend this product to anyone at all.

Customer rating: 5 out of 5 stars very very good would recommend

I have bought several of these for friends and family and i personally use 2 of them , i have never had any problems with any of them , although the software with them is a bit basic but what do you expect for the price??
I will keep using and recommending these!!
(If you have problems check your router is actually working!!)
