This is a great laptop for the price very well put together and easy to use my only issue is that due to the graphics chip being on the board instead of a graphics card some games have issues recognising the chip instread of the onboard graphics,
recomended for media lovers 16:9 is a great way to watch films when travling or just in your house, over all i give it 4/5 due to some issues with the operating system and difficulty finding ways to force software to recognize the graphics chip
I really had to check twice to check if play hadn't made an error with this price..... a 4gb ram 250 gb hard rive laptop for 400 quid. Bought it straight away in case they had made an error with the price, this is an excellent lap top, and there re no hardware conflicts with the graphics at all it's loaded my games perfectly. So happy with this product i might cry with joy, top job play.com :-).
Excellent spec laptop for the price. Allows me to work from home a lot easier now

Used acer products in the apst and had no issues so bought this with confidence and for 400 quid it's a total bargain
I am no computer expert and bought this one by comparing spec with other similarly priced laptops. Overall I am really pleased, it worked straight from the box, the battery life is good, camera clear.
This is an amazing laptop. Acer tend to make quality gear at a low price and this is a prime example. It's speedy with plenty of storage. The only thing it can't do is a few straight hours of Civilization 5 at anything more than minimum graphics settings, which is the only reason why I am now looking for a good desktop. I run a few music recording/editting programmes on this laptop with my m-audio interface; I'll have a recording programme, iTunes, a couple of internet windows, BoInc and MSN Messenger and it works perfectly.
