Got this wheel as an early birthday present and only been using it for a short while, but its well worth the money. Build quality is brilliant and it feels great in the hands. Takes a bit of getting used to if you've never used a wheel before like me, I was amazed at the added precision it offers especially whilst taking high speed corners, in straight lines the wheel wobbles slightly like it would in a real car. Force feedback is an awesome feature which brings the realistic driving to life, the wheel will fight back at you if you take a corner too fast and will go crazy if you spin. Gear shifting is great thanks to the stick, but you have a choice of using the paddles at the back of the which I find myself using most of the time. The pedals are solid and much bigger than I expected which is a good thing. I strongly recommend having a decent table to mount this wheel otherwise you wont get the full benefit, only really tested it with GT5 but I have other racing games to test it on. Buy fast though, the price seems to be going up and up and up!

  Awesome wheel but price....

Great wheel but before GT5 came out it costed 45 pounds. so glad i bought it back than. Wheel is great for GT5, prologue, Dirt 2 and GRID. didnt test it on other games. Was going to say worth every penny, but 130 quid to me seems a little to much

Had this one day so far. It takes some getting used to, but already I couldn't go back to using a PS3 controller.

Feels very sturdy and well built, it doesn't have paddles as such, more like two switches behind the steering wheel, which at first I found to be disappointing, however, they are located in the perfect place and work wonderfully.

If you play GT and have never really messed around with the settings (ride height, wings, camber etc), you will now! You need to!

Having a wheel like this for GT makes it so much more realistic.

A must buy for any racing fan.

If you like driving games then you need this steering wheel, when i first used it i was suprised how responsive and realistic the wheel is, the price may seem a bit high but its worth every penny

Good add on for Gran Turismo PS3

This is the official wheel for Gran Turismo, and a must have accessory if you are into your racing.

The only things I found with it was the force feedback motors can be noisy and feel very strong at first, but you soon get used to it. Over all this is a great wheel and very well made, should provide good entertainment.

  good, but not not excellent

This is a good steering wheel for the price, and the best available for the PS3. The driving feel is good, the wheel doesn't feel cheap and tacky like most can / do! This wheel is a most for any driving / Gran Turismo fan!!

SLIGHT BAD POINTS: The force feedback is a little dissapointing , steering not too smooth / slight grinding, and the paddle buttons on the reverse of the wheel arent the best. Also whats not clear from the videos / pictures is that you will have 3 leads trailing accross your floor. 1 power cable, one connection -to ps3/pc and one to the footpedals.

Ideally I would like the wheel to be wireless like the xbox 360 one, but at 60quid cant complain! Hours of fun to be had, and even the girlfriend had fun driving (she hates games)!!

Will it work on your lap?

Having watched the video the wheel was attached to a frame. Does this mean it cant be played on your lap, because I dont have a table in front of my TV. Can anyone confirm this please?

Great wheel for the gaming fanatics and for anyone else...

I've had the Logitech Driving GT steering wheel and pedal-set now for about a week and so far it's been a diamond buy!

The wheel is designed well, has a realistic feel to it and offers only what driving game fanatics would call a dream.

On startup, the GT symbol will light up several times and flash in ambience notifying you that it is there, all and well, it's starting up and wants to be used, it also spins round left to right testing the center of the wheel and calibrating ready for you once your system has loaded up which I find loud yet interesting and sensible of Logitech to include such a feature.

It includes 'F1 style' gearshifters, as well as a right-handed semi-automatic gear lever which is great but does originally take a tiny bit of a nudge to gear down or up but at least it's not loose and does so at its own will, not just that but excellent force feedback compatible with most recent and popular games so going off-road, crashing into opponents and walls for that matter gets better yet rather saddening for your time trial lap times.

The grip is comfortable, effective and looks the part and the pedal-set is great too with the brake pedal being more 'heavier' than the accelerator, making it even more realistic although the spacing between them both could of been a little more reasonable as you do end up touching both pedals sometimes.

Being USB and mains power supplied, it's easy to get out of the box, power-up into the mains and plug into your USB slot and your PC should recognise it straight away and your almost ready to drive away on your favourite games.

You will need to install the 'Logitech Game Software' or 'Logitech Profiler' to completely calibrate the steering wheel and ofcourse have to ability to change settings like feedback, centering, sensitivity, dead zones and create settings for individual games you have installed.

One glitch with this stunning gadget for your PC/PS2/PS3 is initially when you load up any game and the wheel doesn't move, I had a problem with this for days until I got assistance that proved my ignorance did exist.

You will need to change auto-centering off or lower it less than 100% in your settings before your wheel will actually move anywhere proving it quite an irritating fact when you think you'll be playing in no time, unless ofcourse you know this and then it doesn't matter.

Compatibility stretches far and wide and will work will nearly every game once you get past the previous problem I had stated above and definetly improves the excitement, realism and enjoyment of driving in your favourite cars on your favourite games.

It's an epic design for an epic era of PC/PS2/PS3 gaming and the bonuses just got better thanks to this great wheel leading the competition in it's pricetag and quality.
