LG W2261V 22 inch Widescreen LCD Monitor With HDMI

This works absolutely stunning as a computer monitor I hooked it up to my macbook and it looked great. I would maybe give it a 4 star rating based on performance when I hooked it up to my Xbox 360, I didn't know what settings to put the xbox on really and I couldn't tell if it was right or not but the quality is stil very good and better than my 32 inch HDTV so generally better for xboxing, hope I can sort out the setting problem :)

Descent monitor for 139.99, movies and games look amazing in 1080p; also comes with DVI & VGA cables.

This monitor is fantastic, everything you see on the screen is contrasted brilliantly no more dark or too bright areas like i had on my old 17' Acer monitor. The only problem i had with this monitor is the connection area for the wires in the back there is a part of the monitor which gets in the way of the wire so you have to angle it oddly to get it in and it feels at first as if you may bend the wires. But other than that its a great monitor for a great price.

I upgraded from a standard 17" and this is just amazing! I didn't think the change in colour and how sharp it would be would be so distinctive and different. This truly out performs it's other competitors (Samsung T220). The screen looks beautiful even when not on, and the size is just perfect, not too big at all. Such a bargain!

The LG Monitor is definitely a good purchase and performs well with pretty much all multimedia. However Play DO NOT dispatch the W2261V they dispatch the W2261VP - its not a huge crime but this should really be highlighted for good customer experience. The differences are a slight reduction in screen size (21.5" instead of 22") and response time (5ms instead of 2ms).

Regardless, its a simple to use monitor at a reasonable price :)
