The display feature LED backlighting and Acer CineCrystal technology for improved efficiency and superior colour performance. Mounted into the top of the screen is the Acer CrystalEye web cam, allowing you to keep in touch with friends and family face to face.




Multi-gesture touch pad
To keep you in finger tip control of your media, the touch pad features multi touch capability. By circling you finger you can move up and down a web page or document, swiping your fingers across the touch pad scrolls through multiple page or photos in an album and by doing a pinching motion you can zoom in on a photo or file and the reverse allows you to zoom out.

 Exceptional battery life

Thoroughly pleased with my Acer Timeline. Battery life is exceptional, easily get 8hrs of use when undertaking standard tasks word/email/surfing. The unit is very slim and appears slimmer as it slopes away from the HDMI output and usb points. Integrated card reader, web cam and a great spec for a laptop with plenty of storage. Make sure you update BIOS and drivers due to known issue with processor jumping to 100% which is rectified with update.

Bought this laptop as it was so slim and very pleased with it. It is so portable and the battery life really is amazing. I was slightly concerned about it being a Core2 Solo but I have seen no difference in performance with this one. The keyboard layout is slightly more spaced out than normal which does take a little getting used to, but overall, a powerful portable laptop :)

i got my laptop was instantly pleased with it. the core 2 solo can be a bit slow but is not too bad. the battery life is unbelivebly good. i an still supriced be the price briliant value for mouny. recomended.

Not a bad laptop as you would expect there would be some compromise between performance and energy efficiency however it performs well overall, there is one very annoying thing and that is it has no caps lock light not a lot but when you go to use a password which is not character visible..... UGHHH

I bought it on Feb 2010 and work brilliant till 2012. From January 2012 many problem appear with the screen, keyboard and battery life . By July 2012 , the battery stop working all together and the screen is flicking and turning-green alot. I loved my laptop but 2 years life span is just not good enough and not worth the money ...Acer.
