"Phoned to arrange delivery on Monday, was told that can only be delivered on Tues or Thurs (nothing in the listing saying that). Next week, take day off work on Tues to get machine. Get a phone call at 3pm saying washing won't be delivered till Sat."

Seller Response: Hi, unfortunately the couriers aren't in your area every day, hence the limited available delivery dates. Apologies about the inconvenience with your original delivery date being cancelled and re-arranged for the Saturday. This call was made by the couriers themselves and was due to a networking fault at their office - resulting in failed deliveries for Tuesday 28th.
