Seller Response: THIS NEGATIVE FEEDBACK IS UNFAIR AND MISINFORMED! I clearly state in my product comments about reasons for a dispatch delay longer than 5 days. I simply ask you, the customer to contact me, if concerned about your order and I will reply within 24 hours. This clearly happened but had no bearing on whether you would receive your order or not, your own assumption and insinuation is NOT based on fact. "Hello, sorry to be a grudge, but when i opened the case, the things that keep the discs in place had actually snapped off so when i opened it the discs were everywhere and have got scratch on, probably due to them moving about as not being secure."
