Seller Response: We had to cancel because the strong winds took half the stock room roof and water got in & damaged some stock, we thought we had removed all the damage stock from sale, but the damage on this wasn't noticed until the pickers, picked it off for dispatching, i am truly sorry you son's birthday was spoilt by this, I really am! I have wrote to the customer, with a more detailed explanation, i hope they will be forgiving when they know why the item had to been cancelled & refunded. 31/05/13

"Never arrived. After 1 week seller refuses to send replacement. After 2 weeks seller ignores request for refund (he got the email as I got a read receipt). Lousy service. Should be called GamesHell!"

Seller Response: Firstly, i am very sorry your order did not arrive, however, i cannot send what i do not have. A full refund has been processed today with sincere apologies, it was never refused, the barcode was requested for your parcel, sadly ongoing software issues delayed this by 2 days & have caused chaos here! We are sorry RM failed to deliver your order but not at fault. We did all we could during this unfortunate event, I wish you could be slightly more patient & forgiving, the real complaint is with RM we have offered to provide all the documents required for an official complaint to them, the real guilty party! Sir, I do not see what more we could have done for you, we value your feedback, and have taken your comments on board. 25/05/13
